Entrance City To Beijing

Day 2
Beijing
Visit The Temple of Heaven, The Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden city, Enjoy Martial Arts Perfomance.

- The Temple of Heaven: The Temple of Heaven was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvests. The emperors visited the temple three times a year: on the 8th day of the first lunar month to pray for a good harvest; during the Summer Solstice to pray for rain; and during Winter Solstice to give thanks for a good harvest. This is a good place to watch people practicing Taichi each morning
- The Tian’anmen Square: Located at the center of Beijing City , where you can visit Tiananmen Tower, Monument to the People’s Heroes, Great Hall of the People, China Mao’s Memorial Hall.
- Forbidden city: the Forbidden City was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties carried out their administration and lived. Now it is open to the public as a palace museum where people can see the great traditional palace architecture, enjoy the treasures kept in the palace, and learn of the legends and anecdotes about the imperial family and the court
- Martial Arts Perfomance: You don’t have to be a martial arts enthusiast to appreciate the incredible feats of strength, with fists, feet, swords, and other weapons. Kungfu expert display their kicks, punches and use of weapons with uncanny speed, power and agility.

Day 3
Beijing
Visit Mutianyu Great Wall, The Sacred Road, Dingling, Enjoy Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude .

- Mutianyu Great Wall: One of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China.
- The Sacred Road: The road is guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.
- Dingling: The Underground Palace of Dingling was unearthed during the period 1956 to 1958. The whole palace was made of stone. It consists of five high palaces - the front, the middle, the back, the left and the right palaces. It is the tomb for the mausoleum of Emperor Zhu Yijun, the thirteenth emperor, and his two empresses.
- Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude : In the evening, enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing.

Day 4
The Great Wall, BeijingBeijing
Visit Hutong , Xiushui Street, The Summer Palace, the Lahma Palace.

- Hutong : Hutong is a kind of alleyway peculiar to Beijing. Surrounding the Forbidden City, many of these small windy alleyways were built during the Yuan (1206-1341), Ming(1368-1628) and Qing(1644-1908) dynasties. In the prime of these dynasties the emperors, in order to establish supreme power for themselves, planned the city and arranged the residential areas according to the etiquette systems of the Zhou Dynasty.
- Xiushui Street: Xiushui Street is one of the famous clothing markets in Beijing. It attracts domestic and foreign tourists with varied styles, colors and materials as well as a inexpensive price.
- The Summer Palace: The Summer Palace in Beijing is an outstanding expression of the creative art of Chinese landscape garden design, incorporating the works of humankind and nature in a harmonious whole.
- the Lahma Palace: Yonghe Lamasery, a Yellow Hat Tibetan lamasary and one of the city’s finest and most celebrated temples.The buildings encompass the Han, Mongol, Manchu and Tibetan architectural styles and the brilliance of the blue, green and gold detail on the sharp red pagodas is simply stunning.

Day 5
Beijing To Xian
Transfer via: AM Flight
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Xian. Visit Shanxi historical museum, Xian City Wall, Enjoy Evening Show at Tang Yuegong.

- Shanxi historical museum: The large-scale modern State-class museum, is situated at the western side of the “Wild Goose Pagoda” in Xian City. It covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, the architectural area of which is 55,000 odd square meters. It was completed on June 20, 1991 and open to the public.
- Xian City Wall: is a major landmark, and the best preserved, as well as the oldest and largest of the city defence systems in China. Bikes can be rented to ride along the top of the wall for about 20 yuan/hour
- Evening Show at Tang Yuegong: The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital of ancient China.

Day 6
Xian
Visit Terror cotta warriors, Bell Tower, Banpo Site, Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

- Terror cotta warriors: This incredible 2000 year-old army of life-sized warriors, each one unique, is part of the underground tomb of the Emperor Qin. Well over 7000 figures were drawn up in full battle array in several large pits. Many of the figures, including soldiers, archers, horses and chariots, have been restored, and the repairs and excavations continue at the site where you can see both repaired and broken warriors in a truly impressive display. There is also an excellent museum, including bronze chariots unearthed nearby, and a film about the history and discovery of the tomb.
- Bell Tower: This is the largest and best-preserved of its kind in China, is 36 meters (118 feet) high. It stands on a brick base 35.5 meters (116.4 feet) long and 8.6 meters (28.2 feet) high on each side.

- Banpo Site: Banpo is a village that existed some 6,000 years ago near Xi’an in the Shaanxi Province of China. Artifacts that have been unearthed from the Banpo site are all that remains of this prehistoric clan-based community. The village grounds occupied a physical area of 50,000 square meters, and consisted primarily of a residential section, a pottery area, and burial grounds.
- Big Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.

Day 7
Monastery in TibetXian To Guilin
Transfer via:PM Flight
Visit The Grand Mosque.
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Guilin.

- The Grand Mosque: With more than 1200 years’ history, the mosque is one of the four grand Islamic mosques in China. It is really well worth a trip to see the Great Mosque, not only for its history but also for its particular design of mixed architecture combining traditional Muslim and Chinese styles.

Day 8
Guilin
Visit Elephant Trunk Hill, Fubo Hill, Reed Flute Cave.

- Elephant Trunk Hill: Located at the conjunction of the Li River & the Peach Blossom River, the whole hill looks very much like a giant elephant with a long trunk, it is the symbol of Guilin city.
- Fubo Hill: You can see lots of rock stone carvings & Buddha statues since Tang Dynasty. Have a wonderful bird’s-eye view of Guilin city if you climb to the summit.
- Reed Flute Cave: Known as the Palace of Natural Arts this large and well-presented cave system has some remarkable formations. Make sure you have some small change for the children who sell flutes for as little as one yuan, if you got nothing less than a dollar you end up with their whole stock.

Day 9
Guilin
Visit Li River Cruise.

- Li River Cruise: Li River Cruise: A cruise along the Li River between Guilin and Yangshuo is an unforgettable experience. As you take in the stunning scenery there’s something interesting to see at almost every bend in the river. Between spectacular limestone peaks you see graceful bamboo groves, farmers tending rice paddies, and lumbering water buffaloes pulling carts or cooling off in the river. You may see fishermen gliding along on their narrow bamboo rafts, and if you very lucky you might see one of the famous fishing cormorants. Boats depart from various wharves, according to the height of the river at different times of the year, and connecting by bus with Guilin.

Day 10
Guilin To Chengdu
Transfer via:pm Flight
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Chengdu. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to taste Sichuan food.

Day 11
Chengdu To Lhasa
Transfer via: Flight
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Lhasa. On arrival at Lhasa, you will be met and transfered to the hotel. The rest of the day is for you to get acclimate to the high altitude.

Lhasa
Visit Barkhor Street, The Jokhang Temple, The Potala Palace.

- Barkhor Street: The Barkhor is the oldest street in Lhasa as well as the center of old Lhasa and remains very traditional. It is a place where Tibetan culture, economy, religion and arts are assembled
- The Jokhang Temple: The Jokhang is the most celebrated temple in Tibet. Because the temple is not controlled by a particular sect of Tibetan Buddhism it attracts adherents of all the sects as well as followers of Bon-Po, Tibet’s indigenous religion.
- The Potala Palace: Perched upon the Marpo Ri Hill, 130 meters above the Lhasa valley, it is the greatest monumental structure in Tibet.
We kindly suggest you take taxi to the top of the palace which costs about 10 and then walk down after your visiting.

Day 13
Lhasa
Visit Sera Monastery, Trupeng Monastery, Norbulingka.

- Sera Monastery: It is known as one of the three greatest monasteries of Tibet.
It costs 15 to take a taxi to go, however, you can bargain with the taxi driver.
- Trupeng Monastery: It is one of the biggest monasteries in Tibet.
- Norbulingka: Norbulingka means “Jeweled Garden”. It was constructed as a summer palace for the Dalai Lama and later served the whole governmental administration.

Day 14
Lhasa To Jiangzi
Visit Yomdrok Lake, The Palgor Chorten .

- Yomdrok Lake: Within Langkamu county, with an area of 638 square km and a coastal line of 250 km.
- The Palgor Chorten : It is with 9 stories, 108 doors and 77 rooms. Each room contains a different statue of Buddha and the wall frescoes telling the story about it

Day 15
Jiangzi To Shigatse
Visit The Tibetan Family, Tashilunpo Monastery.

- The Tibetan Family: Common Tibetan people welcome you to their homes, greet you in their traditional way and entertain you with their typical food.
- Tashilunpo Monastery: Painted in red and white, the buildings in the monastery stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view.

Day 16
Shigatse To Lhasa
you will be trasfered back to Lhasa. A free day for you to shop and exlore the city.

Day 17
Lhasa To Departure City
You will be met at the hotel and transfered to the airport for your flight to your next destination
