Day 2
Hong Kong
One day tour to Victoria Peak, Aberdeen, Stanley Market and Ocean Park without lunch. (Private vehicle and guide).
- Victoria Peak : The Peak is Hong kong’s number one tourist destination. It features the city’s of oldest mode transport, the 112-year old Peak Tram and Hong Kong’s most unusual building and icon, The Peak Tower. It combines shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
- Aberdeen : Aberdeen Harbor is home of hundreds of people living on fishing junks. Take sampan ride to get a close-up look at this unusual way of life.
- Stanley Market :Stanley is an exciting and low-cost shopping centre and a place of considerable historical interest. And when the shopping is done, you can relax at one of the area’s pleasant beaches set in sheltered, sandy coves. One is a favourite destination for Hong Kong’s windsurfers. Stanley village also offers an appetising range of restaurants and snack bars.
- Ocean Park :Ocean Park is one of Southeast Asia’s largest oceanariums and theme parks, and tops the itinerary of many visitors to Hong Kong - especially those with children. There are funfair rides and dolphin shows, scenic cable cars and sea lions, magnificent shopping, great dining and so much more.
Day 3
Hong Kong To Guilin
Transfer via: Flight Am
Half day city tour to kim tin walled village, luen wo market, man mo temple and lam tsuen wishing tree without lunch(Private vehicle and guide).
- kim tin walled village : Kam Tin is a village surrounded by high brick walls and a moat which provided protection against pirates in the past. Nowadays,the narrow street alleys & ancient buildings which are still inhabited today attract many people to come.
- luen wo market : a traditional rural market at Luen Wo where you can find colorful stalls piled high with dried fish, Chinese herbs and vegetables, fresh fruit and flowers.
man mo temple: Built in the 27th Year of Emperor Daoguang, Qing Dynasty, around 1847 AD, Man Mo is a smoky, colorful, crowded place of worship.
- lam tsuen wishing tree : The Tree seems to be covered in deep crimson colours from a distance,but it is actually laden with wishes written on bright red paper. It used to be a camphor tree where a tablet for enshrining and worshipping Pak Kung was placed. As time went on, the branches and leaves began to wither and eventually it became a hollow tree..
When arriving at Guilin, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 4
Guilin
A whole day travel in Guilin , you will visit Li River Cruise, Yangshuo Big Banyan Tree, Yangshuo Moon Mountain.
- Li River Cruise : Li River Cruise: A cruise along the Li River between Guilin and Yangshuo is an unforgettable experience. As you take in the stunning scenery there’s something interesting to see at almost every bend in the river. Between spectacular limestone peaks you’ll see graceful bamboo groves, farmers tending rice paddies, and lumbering water buffaloes pulling carts or cooling off in the river. You may see fishermen gliding along on their narrow bamboo rafts, and if you’re very lucky you might see one of the famous fishing cormorants. Boats depart from various wharves, according to the height of the river at different times of the year, and connecting by bus with Guilin.
- Yangshuo Big Banyan Tree : Big Banyan Tree, located 7.5km south of Yangshuo, is one of the main scenic attractions of Yangshuo county. It is said that the banyan was planted in the Jin Dynasty and is famous for its age and towering beauty.The banyan tree is now 17 meters high, 7.1 meters around the trunk, and covers an area of 1000 square meters.
- Yangshuo Moon Mountain : Moon Cave is named for it’s giant archway (about 50 metres). Be prepared for the local hawkers, who will pester you to buy water, and are very persistent.
Day 5
Guilin To Shanghai
Transfer via: Flight Am
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Shanghai. When arriving at Shanghai, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Visit The Bund, Nanjing Road.
- The Bund : This spot in the city is home to a myriad of European-styled buildings that face the Huangpu River. Home to chic restaurants and shopping opportunities, the Bund is a must-see site when visiting Shanghai. Architectural styles include gothic, baroque, Romanesque, and renaissance.
- Nanjing Road : Nanjing Road is Shanghai’s main shopping street.
Day 6
Shanghai / Wuhan
Transfer via: PM flight
In the morning, be transferred to the airport for the flight to Wuhan.Upon arrival Wuhan, be met & transferred from airport to the dock for boarding on the ship, the ship departs Wuhan at 1700.
Day 7
Yangtze
Shore excursion to Jingzhou.
Day 8
Yangtze
Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam. The ship passes through dam ship locks.
Day 9
Yangtze
Shore excursion to the Shennong Stream.
Day 10
Yangtze
Shore excursion to Shibaozhai.
Day 11
Yangtze / chongqing/Xian
Transfer via: AM flight
The ship arrives in Chongqing at 0900.Take the flight to Xian. Arrive at Xian. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient City Wall.
- The Provincial Museum : One of the main museums in China which holds numerous unearthed cultural relics of China.
- The Ancient City Wall : An extension of the old Tang Dynasty structure boasting the most complete city wall that survives through Chinese long history.
Day 12
Xian
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Bell Tower and the Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy Evening Show at Tang Yuegong.
- The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses : The greatest archaeological findings of the century: the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin’s tomb.
- The Bell Tower : The emblem of Xian city.
- The Wild Goose Pagoda : The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
– Evening Show at Tang Yuegong : The Tang Dynasty show: The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital of ancient China.
Day 13
Xian To Beijing
Transfer via: PM flight
Visit Shanxi historical museum, Xian City Wall, The Grand Mosque. You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Beijing.
- Shanxi historical museum : The Shanxi Historical Museum, a large-scale modern State-class museum, is situated at the western side of the “Wild Goose Pagoda” in Xi’an City. It covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, the architectural area of which is 55,000 odd square meters. It was completed on June 20, 1991 and open to the public.
- Xian City Wal l: Xian City Wall is a major landmark, and iis the best preserved, as well as the oldest and largest of the city defence systems in China. Bikes can be rented to ride along the top of the wall for about RMB20/hour.
- The Grand Mosque : With more than 1200 years’ history, the mosque is one of the four grand Islamic mosques in China.
Day 14
Beijing
Full day trip toThe Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden city, The Temple of Heaven, The Summer Palace, Enjoy Martial Arts Perfomance.
- The Tian’anmen Square : The largest city square in the world.
- The Forbidden City : The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.
- The Temple of Heaven: The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God’s bless of the whole nation.
- The Summer Palace : The Summer Palace in Beijing is an outstanding expression of the creative art of Chinese landscape garden design, incorporating the works of humankind and nature in a harmonious whole.
- Martial Arts Perfomance : You don’t have to be a martial arts enthusiast to appreciate the incredible feats of strength, with fists, feet, swords, and other weapons. Kungfu expert display their kicks, punches and use of weapons with uncanny speed, power and agility.
Day 15
Beijing
Full day trip to The Dingling, The Sacred Road, Juyongguan Great Wall, Enjoy Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude .
- Dingling : The Underground Palace of Dingling was unearthed during the period 1956 to 1958. The whole palace was made of stone. It consists of five high palaces - the front, the middle, the back, the left and the right palaces. It is the tomb for the mausoleum of Emperor Zhu Yijun, the thirteenth emperor, and his two empresses.
- The Sacred Road : The road is guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.
- Juyongguan Great Wal l: Located 10 kilometers south of the Badaling section of the Great Wall and built in an 18.5-kilometre-long valley.
- Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude : In the evening, enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing.
Day 16
Beijing
Visit the Hutongs by rickshaw and Xiushui Street.
- Hutongs : The old narrow paths where common people lived. All the Hutongs crisscross with each other, dotted with the Kindergarten, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, the Tea House, and the lake, House of Gong Infant and local people’s houses among them.
- Xiushui Street : A market near the embassy area where you can find a number of duplicates of clothing in traditional Chinese style such as clothes, caps, gloves. Enjoy bargains with sellers and pleasant surprise of finding a real treasure if you are lucky enough.
Day 17
beijing/ Departure
Transfer via: International flight-On your own arrangement
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for flight to.
