The Fragrant Club, standing opposite to the Shangri-La Hotel in the downtown area, is one of the largest and most popular gathering places for Japanese executives in Dalian. Equipped with high-end karaoke facilities, the club’s environment and service are upscale, catering to Japanese sensibilities. The general karaoke area can host as many as 70-80 people, while the private KTV compartments can hold up to 28.
