Nanyue’s Jade-like Mount Xiqiao

The famous mounts in Nanyue are referred to as Mount Dongqiao (Mount Luofu) and Mount Xiqiao reputed by the predecessors. Mount Xiqiao is not only a national level scenic zone, but also a national level forest park and provincial level tourism vacationland. Just like a multiple lotus flower, this Mount has 72 peaks of wandering brook and overlapped gully, 36 deep and mysterious caves, over 200 sweet and clear springs, 25 cliffs of hanging waterfalls.

Also, over the Mount, there are lakes mirroring the Mount, presenting a kind of landscape integrating mount and water. Primary scenic spots include: Baiyun Cave, Biyu Cave, Cuiyan, Shiyanyan, Nanhai Kwan-yin culture garden, Wang Daixian Fairyland and Big Lake park, etc.
