Foshan Sanshui’s Lotus World: Coupling with the most abundant varieties of lotuses, Sanshui’s Lotus World is the largest lotus ecological park in the world, which has exclusively integrated buildings, sculpture and lotus culture.This Lotus World was founded by Xinan town government of Sanshui, with the guide of professor Wang Qichao and Zhang Xingyan under China Lotus Research Center.
Its total occupying area amounts to 1000 mou, with its 
water area reaching 600 mou. Located at the southeast of Sanshui Tourism Economic Zone–”a land flowing with milk and honey”, Sanshui Lotus World features convenient traffic with expressway directly across neighboring cities. At present, there are over 300 varieties of lotuses planted in it, of which including some rare species such as “Space Lotus” cultivated from air space and “Ancient Lotus” cultivated from Liaoning province.
Furthermore, it’s divided into eight functional areas: culture square, central area, species enjoyment area, royal waterplatter and spatterdock area, dining and amusement area, production, scientific research and breeding area, lotus species area.
