The Juchunyuan Hotel (Juchunyuan dajiudian) is a three star hotel located in downtown Fuzhou, about 5km from the railway station and 85km from the airport. With about a hundred year history, the Juchunyuan restaurant is the main selling point of this hotel and for those on a culinary quest in Fujian this is definitely the place to go.

The 12 storey building covers 16,000 square meters and it’s architecture is the creative combination of oriental and western styles.

The Juchunyuan Restaurant, set up in 1877, was the original restaurant around which the hotel was built. The restaurant is on the third floor and offers a wide range of Fujianese and Cantonese cuisine. The hotel also offers a couple of other restaurants. The Ju Xiang Yuan Buffet on the second floor offers Chinese and western foods, while Ju Ya Tai Bar on the underground floor provides guests with western dishes and drinks. For those that are seriously missing home the hotel is also fronted by a KFC.

Recreational and business facilities in the hotel are adequate with conference rooms, a business center, a shopping arcade, a beauty salon and a sauna center.
