Project background and construction condition:This project is located at the core area of Gongshu District, tightly close to the canal, east to the Shangtang Road Highway, South to Daguan Road, West boarder to Lishui Road, and North boarder to Zijing Road.

Construction scale and content:Total area 38 Ha. The land lot possesses geographic, culture and landscape advantages, may develop central commercial zone of the district center. Project total investment agreement will settle after negotiation.

Mode of Cooperation and content:To acquire land use right according to the regulations to take part in the construction and management for a period set out through agreement.

Cooperation condition provided by the Chinese Party:Subway station bus terminal are planned to establish in the surrounding area of this project. The transportation is convenient.
