Project background and construction condition:This project is based on the design idea of “Human First†and the construction principle of high standard and high start point. The project will attach much importance on environment quality, safety, coziness and beauty.

Construction scale and content:The street will be 360 M long and cover land area 31000 M2. It will embody the idea of Openness, Recreation and Citizen and raise the Canal culture to a new position. The street is divided into two sections: west section and east section, connected through a flyover. The underground floor of the west section is connected to the underground floor of the Canal Square through passage. The underground floor of the Canal Square is for shops and parking lot. The aboveground is for multi-floor structure for shopping, recreation, tourism and commerce. After the project is constructed, its will be united with the Canal Square, Jinhua Road Commercial Pedestrian Street and the Hotel as a one organic body. Total investment RMB 250 million Yuan.

Mode of Cooperation and content:To acquire land use right according to the regulations to take part in the construction and management for a period set out through agreement.

Cooperation condition provided by the Chinese Party:It is located in the downtown area of Hangzhou City, 5 Km from Wulin Square. Shangtang Road and its Flyover, the south-north direction main road in Hangzhou, pass through this region. It is connected to Shixiang Road, the inner ring expressway of Hangzhou City, at the northern end and is an entrance of Hang-Ning Expressway and Hang-Hu Expressway.
