Type of Industry:Folk-Custom Cultural Street

Project background and construction condition:Jing-Hang Grand Canal is a river of south-north direction running through the whole territory of China. It has not only brought about flourishing business opportunities to the southern and the northern regions but also played an important role for the politic unification of the Chinese nation. It is a key cultural and historic landscape in China. To exploit its cultural and tourism resource, Hangzhou Municipal Government and Gongshu District Government have initialized the development project of the Canal Folk-Custom Cultural Street.

Construction scale and content:This project covers land area 138 Mu. Shops with special features are welcome to run businesses in the street. The expected return is promising.

Mode of Cooperation and content:Sole proprietorship. The cooperation period can be decided through agreement.

Cooperation condition provided by the Chinese Party:The street is along the Canal. There are many cultural relics about the Canal in this region. Shangtang Flyover is nearby. It is only 10 minutes by car from the downtown area. There are many bus lines too in this region.
