The Tianhong Hotel (Tianhong fandian) is located not far from the northern bank of the West Lake. It is 3km from the heart of town, 15km from the airport and 8km from the railway station.

A three star hotel with a total of 254 rooms, the Tianhong has a range of room types from standard doubles and singles, to deluxe executive suites and presidential suites. All rooms are equipped with IDD/DDD telephones, TV and central air-conditioning. Room service is available.
