Project Background and Construction Conditions:This project locates at Wulitang River, Sandun Town, north to Hangzhou. The pedestrian streets will be built along the river in the traditional style in watery region. It will provide high-grade shopping, catering, bar, tea room, and other commercial functions, a multi-functional carrier for the recreation of the citizens.

Project Scale and Content:This project covers land area 7.26 Ha. It is divided into two function sections. On the west section 3.18 Ha, a high-grade shopping center 21700 M2 will be erected while on the east section 4.08 Ha, a recreation and cultural zone will be erected.
