Hefei is the provincial capital of Anhui Province, It is the national major transport hub and educational base, also it is a new integrated processing industrial city,administrative four areas (Shushan district,Baohe district, Yaohai district, Luyang area) 3 counties (Feidong county, Feixixi county, Changfeng County), a total of 93 townships, 39 towns, 54 townships and 36 streets. The total area is 6815 sq km and a population of 4.38 million people, including non-farming population of 143 million people.
