Yulin Xiangyao is also called the “Baota Xiangyao”. There’re records about it in Qing dynasity,so it has really long history. It cooked with the process of frying, steaming of pork and fish. It has the shape of pagoda, that is the reason why it’s called the Baota Xiangyao(literally meaning: pagoda Xiangyao)
2. Hengyang Heye Baofan
The Heye Baofan is a kind of traditional food of Hengyang,has the history of more than 1000 years.
It has not only a unique taste,delicious flavor but also has some medicine value.
3. Changning Liangfen
Changning Liangfen has a unique flavor,has the history of more than 1300 years.It’s ingredient is the kernel of Liangfen vine that’s grow in local muntain area.After peeling the Liangfen fruit,open it and dry and then put it in a sack,squash it until the leaking out of juice.The juice will become crystal like Liangfen.
