This attractive restaurant serves authentic pasta, pizza, and baked lasagna. The chef has worked in several international hotels — most recently in Xian’s Sheraton — which may be how poached salmon, lobster Newburg, and T-bone steak ended up on an Italian menu (not to mention the burger, fries, and club sandwich). Though neither the selection nor the dishes themselves demonstrate creativity, this is the best place to satisfy a craving for Western food. You can also drop in for tiramisu and espresso or order takeout. A violin soloist serenades diners nightly, and dinner is by candlelight, but dress is as casual or formal as you like.
