  • Ocean Park Tour

Located on the southern slopes of Hong Kong Island, Ocean Park is one of the largest and most spectacular marine parks in the world. On the upper headland area of the park is the Ocean Theatre Auditorium, which seats 4,000 people and features regular performances of the killer whale, dolphins and sea lions. The Atoll Reef is the largest aquarium in the world. There are 4 viewing levels from where you will see over 30,000 fish, ranging from 3-metre-long leopard sharks to 130-kg garoupas and tiny 2-cm-long fish. The Wave Cave, with its man-made waves swept up to a metre high, is the first of its type in the world. It displays sea lions, seals, penguins and pelicans in their natural habitat. Visitors may feed the animals from above or view them swimming under water from the lower viewing level. The Lowland area has a multitude of activities including a special children’s “Touch and Feel” zoo area and a large playground. The exhilarating Dragon roller coaster, the Spider and other fabulous thrill rides make the exciting day complete.

  • Stanley Market with Dim Sum Lunch

Drive along the famous Eastern Corridor, which runs above the waterfront of Hong Kong Island. From there you have a spectacular view of Kowloon, the Hong Kong Coliseum and the airport. Continue past the Taikoo Shing Private housing estate. We will then take you across to the south side of the island via the scenic Tal Tam Reservoir to the Stanley Village, which is situated on a peninsula, jutting out into the blue waters of the South China Sea. This picturesque village is the home of the famous ‘Stanley Market’ where designer clothes, porcelain, rattan ware, linen and all sorts of bargains can be found in the small shops and stalls of the narrow streets. If you are not an energetic shopper, you can always escape to the sandy beaches adjacent to the market. Leave Stanley at noon and drive to Aberdeen and the Blue Ocean Restaurant where a delicious Dim Sum lunch will be served. Dim Sum are delicacies of Cantonese cuisine and a trip to Hong Kong is not complete without trying this traditional and tasty meal.

Hong Kong is a shopper’s paradise, and now with our exclusive shopping shuttles, those not-so-accessible places are but an air-conditioned coach ride away. Our shuttles first visit Kaisers Estates, home of Asia’s largest jewellery factory together with various other fine factory outlets stores, including leatherwear and Diane Freis fashions. Additional stops include a massive emporium for Chinese arts and crafts, the Duty Free shop and an internationally tailoring establishment.

The first stop is at Hong Kong’s tallest mountain, Tai Mo Shan. Banana plantations and vegetable terraces line the route up to the Country Park lookout. Here, the panoramic view of Hong Kong is spectacular. The charm of Shek Kong lies in the beauty of a valley maintained and cultivated in traditional style. There are fish breeding ponds, walled villages and, in the distance, China itself. Proceed to Luen Wo Market, one of the highlights of this tour. There will be time to explore and absorb the atmosphere of this traditional community. The next stop is a lookout point to the border village of Sha Tau Kok and a protected bird sanctuary nearby. Further south is Plover Cover Reservoir (Hong Kong’s second largest) in a beautiful country park setting. The tour continues through one of the New Territories’ oldest commercial centres, Tai Po. Lunch will be served at the Yucca de Lac restaurant overlooking Tolo Harbour. On the return journey to Kowloon, pass one of the newest and finest racecourses in the world at Shatin. It has three tracks, an eight-storey grandstand and has one of the largest spectator video screens in the world.
