Xuemian is only in Weinan district and Heyang county. Shaanxi,province,and it’s the local people’s favorite flavor snack.,it has a long history, Hands down the Western Han Dynasty great grandfather for three years(204BC).you may call that the xuemian is the earliest instant noodles in ouy country.
