Bus #38 goes to and from the airport ill the northwest of town to the fairly central train and bus station near the northern bank of the river. If you’re going to Changbai Shah, it’s worthwhile talking to the CITS office (80432/2492978, 2430690) in front of the Dongguan Hotel. The Yint0ng Tourist Company (80432/4842256, 4842296), on the fifth floor of the Milky l/Idly hotel, is even more helpful, with train and airline schedules posted - they’ll photocopy one for you for ~1. They also organize tours to the sur- rounding area.
