Kashgar Wenzhou Mansion Hotel 

Kashgar, as a critical junction on the Silk Road, the first point of arrival on the ancient overland routes from Pakistan and Kirgyzistan, and the meeting point of three empires has long been an important destination for traders and travelers alike. Many of the hotels are equipped with modern facilities but maintain local features.

Seman Hotel  

The Seman Hotel (Kashi seman binguan) is the most popular place in Kashgar with Western tourists. The hotel is housed in the renovated former Russian consulate which was first built in 1890. It’s located on the western edge of the city, about 13km from the airport.The hotel also has its own restaurant which serves traditional Chinese cuisine and Xinjiang local food.

Qiniwak Hotel 

Qiniwak means beautiful garden. The Qiniwak Hotel (Qiniwake binguan) occupies the building that used to be the British Consulate, and now, under Pakistani management, this is one of the best hotels in town. The hotel is about 12km from the airport and close to the famous Id Kah Mosque.

Gilgit International Friendship Hotel 

This hotel is in the same complex as the Qiniwak Hotel, and it is barely distinguishable except that it is a few stories taller. The Gilgit International Friendship Hotel was completed in 1997, and this is a joint venture between the provincial goverment and a Pakistani company.

Kashgar Hotel

The Kashgar Hotel (Kashigaer binguan) formerly reserved for government officials, recently opened its doors to foreigners. This sprawling hotel is well out of town, about 4km from the center and 9km from the airport. Bus no 10 stops in front of the hotel.The hotel is set in a large garden with a tranquil environment.

Kashgar Renmin Hotel

The People’s Hotel (Renmin fandian) is located in the center of this thriving city. This is an ideal place for business and leisure travelers since it is easy accessible and there is some great restaurants situated just outside the hotel.The hotel also has its own restaurant which serves traditional Chinese cuisine and Xinjiang local food.
