The GPO is on the southern stretch of Beijing Lu (daily 8am-8pm); post restante can also be addressed to the Konhu, Camellia and larger hotels with their own postal desks. There are phones at the GPO, but the main Telecom building is north at the junction with Dongfeng Lu (Mon-Fri 8am-6.3Opm, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm).
