Lijiang which has been classified as a “National Town of History and Culture”, is a beautiful shining jewel on the Northwest Yunnan Plateau. Its architecture is noteworthy for the blending of elements from several cultures that have come together over many centuries. Lijiang also possesses an ancient water-supply system of great complexity and ingenuity that still functions effectively today.
Day 1
Arrive / Lijiang
Arrive at lijiang. Be met & transferred to your hotel.
Have city tours to Lion Hill and the Ancient City.
- Lion Hill: Both the hill and the wooden structure called Wangulou provide good views of the Old Town and the surrounding countryside.
- The Lijiang ancient town: The town was built in the late song dynasty and the early Yuan dynasty and was listed by the UNESCO on the list of the world’s major cultural heritages in 1997.
Day 2 Lijiang
Full day trip to the Baisha Mural Paintings, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, evening enjoy Music show of Dongba People at the ancient town.
- The Baisha Mural Paintings: With the spread of the Buddhism, people painted plenty of murals on the walls in temples in the Ming Dynasty.
- The Jade Dragon Snow Mountain: The mountain consists of 13 peaks. Among of them, the highest peak is 18000 feet above sea level. It is a treasure of wild plants and rare animals.
- Naxi Ancient Music: also features wonderful displays of folk songs. Performances nightly 2000.
Day 3
Lijiang / Exit
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for your flight to your next destination.

2. 4 Day Lijiang and Magnificent Tiger Leaping Gorge Tour

The Tiger Leaping Gorge with a drop of 3,000 metres is believed to be the world’s deepest canyon. It was given the name, according to the legend, because a hunted tiger made his escape to the other side of the gorge in a single leap.

Have city tours to Black Dragon Pool and the Ancient Lijiang City.
- The Black Dragon Pool:The park holds the Black Dragon Pool and got name because of it. The pool is listed in the Collections of Famous Pools in China because of its beauty.

- Baisha Murals: With the spread of the Buddhism, people painted plenty of murals on the walls in temples since Ming Dynasty.

Lijiang
Full day trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge, First Bend on the Yangtze River, and Iron Chain Bridge in the Stone Drum town.
- Tiger Leaping Gorge: one of the world’s four great gorges - is located in Hutiaoxia Town in Zhongdian County,is honored as one of the deepest and most marvelous gorges on the earth.
- First Bend of the Yangtze River: located on the north end of the highway leading from Dali to Lijiang, about 70 km. from lijiang Town.

Lijiang / Exit
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the Airport for flight to your next destination.
