nanjing-jinying-da-jiulouStarted in 1998 with only eight tables, this restaurant has since grown into a top establishment with two locations. The house specialty is Tianmayu, a delicious white fish head soup made with fish from nearby Tianma Lake. Other tasty dishes here include shuijing xiaren (tender sauced shrimp) and pansi yu (deep-fried fish-tail filets in sweet-and-sour sauce).
