Yun Jin Cheng: Yummy Beef Soup
Among the three restaurants we tried in Pingyao, this one was the best. The food were tasty but light. Even the fried dishes were not swimming in oil like other places. Good food and great service.
Xi Hu Beef Soup - not the same as others we have tried in the past. They used their local specialty - cured beef. It looked kind of like ham, but it was tender, tasty beef.
