Express buses connect Shenyang with cities in the Northeast (”Dongbei” - which means the three provinces Liaoning,
Jilin and Heilongjiang) such as Changchun (5hours) and Dalian (6hours) as well as with Beijing (8hours) and Tianjin (8hours). There are three long distance bus stations.
