Practical Information about Shenzhen Airport

Passenger Arrival

* When the flight arrived at the boarding bridge, you can pick up your checked baggage at the Baggage Pick-up Hall of the first floor after getting off, and choose the proper bus after going out the gate.
* When the flight stopped at Far-Gate Position, you can arrive the terminal by Ferry trucks, pick up the checked baggage at the Baggage Pick-up Hall, and choose the proper bus after going out the gate.

Baggage Pick-up

* The Baggage Pick-up Hall is located at the first floor of Terminal Building. Baggage Dial Scream was installed at the entrance. You can inquire the Dial Number of your checked baggage according to the flight number.
* If necessary, you can use the Free Baggage Handcart. There are working staff at the exit to check your Baggage Tag number or your ticket. Please cooperated with them to assure that your checked baggage weren’t picked up by others.
* You can inquire at the Baggage Inquiry Office, if you have doult. Shenzhen Airport Inquiry Hotline : 95000666

Departure

* After picking up your checked baggage, you will enter the Arrival Hall where the Inquiry Counter for Hotel Business and Travel was set. If necessary, you can inquire and negotiate directly.
* At the exit of Arrival Hall, there is Ship Ticket Desk from Fu Yong Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong, which can provide Free Bus Service from Airport Waiting Hall to Fu Yong Ferry Terminal.
* When you come out of the Arrival Hall, you can choose 330 Airport Bus, taxi or special line buses to leave the airport.
