Tianwaitian 23 Yingze Dajie 0351/4041097.1t may not look like much, but this budget hotel near the station has the largest selection of rooms though most don’t have windows. Clean and friendly. Descend the red-carpeted staircase from the alley off Yingze Dajie. Dorms from RMB15.

Yingze Binguan 189 Yingze Dajie 0351/4043211, 4043784. This stylish four-star hotel consists of two buildings: the western wing is the upmarket section, with excellent facili-
ties; the eastern wing is more down to earth and affordable, but may not take foreign guests.
