Situated in the north of the city, the Holiday Inn Tianjin (Tianjin jiari fandian), although up to the usual standards of Holiday Inn excellence, is a little out of the way. Near the Hai River, but not on the northern bank, at the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Tianwei Road, the hotel is a middle price range four star, close to the Notre Dames des Victoires cathedral.

The best of the restaurants here is the Chinese restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine, or the specialty restaurant with general Asian food.
