Monday to Saturday at the Binren Bar: A Filipino band is playing every night from Monday to Saturday at Bin1 ren2 jiu3ba. The band is joined by some guests regularly and plays a mixture of english songs. The dance floor and dj alternate with the band. I’m told the drinks are reasonably priced. Bin1 Ren2 Jiu3ba is located on nankai er ma lu, just across the street from nu3ren2 jie2 (Lady’s Street shopping center).

They are joined by DJ Tunk at the turntable, playing funky, groovy dancebeats starting from around 10:00 PM. Bring your dancin’ shoes! Friday to Sunday at The Upper Deck: Philippine vocalist Glenda sings soft blues and jazz music at night from Friday to Sunday. The Upper Deck, is located in Hexi District, Meijiang Road, #107.
