Sichuan’s history dates back more than 4,000 years ago Yao and Shun period. At that time, China was divided into nine province, Sichuan was regards as Liangzhou. From Shangqiu Time to Chunqiu Time Sichuan has two areas one was Baguo(Ba Country) another one was Zhuoguo(Zhuo Country) . Territory of Zhuoguo centred Chengdu and West Sichuan,Baguo was centred Chongqing and with East Sichuan . 316BC King of Qing country conquest Ba and Zhuo Country. Since then, the progressive development of Sichuan, to the Tang Dynasty has established Jiannan Road, Shannan Road and Qianzhong Road. The Northern Song Dynasty, located Yizhou Road, Zhizhou road, Leezhou Road, Kuizhou Road, referred to as the “Sichuan Road,” The name of “Sichuan” came from this. During the Yuan dynasty Sichuan became province, made Chengdu as provencial center .During Ming dynasty renamed Division. Qing dynasty changched Sichuan as province .

Sichuan is bordered by the Tibetan Plateau in the west and by the Three Gorges and the Yangtze River in the east.
