- Avoid calling the name of the living Buddha and eminent lamas;
- Avoid smoking and taking photos inside Buddhist temples
- Avoid flirting with lamas or nuns;
- Avoid mentioning the name of the departed;
- Avoid stepping over on any religious articles;
- Avoid killing animals at any religious festivals or on the 8th, the 15th and the 30th day of any month;
- Avoid urinating and spitting into flowing rivers;
- Avoid pouring blood into rivers;
- Avoid fishing and hunting in holy places;
- Women are not allowed to stay in the monk houses overnight;
- People not attending a funeral are not allowed to watch or participate at the sky burials, and not allowed to take photos at the sky burial location;
