Day 01 :
The group will meet in Xiamen at your hotel and and fit the bikes and gear to each person. From the hotel, we will cycle through the city to the ferry terminal where we will cross the Xiamen Harbor to Shihou.
From this point, the group will cycle over mostly flat to rolling terrain to Zhaojiabao, a historical building site that was the palace town of the Song Dynasty’s royal Descendent. Afterwards, the group will continue to Zhangpu for the night.
Day 02 :
We will cycle over rolling terrain with a few steep hills to Pinghe and then continue to Nanjing, the gateway to the area of the earthen round buildings.
Day 03
We will cycle through the hilly area of the earthen roundhouses visiting two of these building and if the accommodations are acceptable to the riders, then spending the night in one.
Day 04
we will cycle to several other earthen roundhouses in the hills and spend the night in the town of Yongding.
Day 05
The group will cycle amoung the hills and river to Longyan and then take transport back to Xiamen 200 km away via the expressway. A banquet dinner in Xiamen concludes the tour.
