There are 12 Airports in Xinjiang including Urumqi, Kashi, Altay, Karamay, Yining, and Tacheng Airport , and one Preparatory airport for 24 hours services. Currently, Urumqi Internatinal Airpor - the Cental Airport of Xinjiang has connection with 62 large and medium cities nationwide and are connecting Central Asia, the Middle East, Russia and other countries 15 and 19 cities of them . There are 84 routes with the 12 cities in the region . The civil aviation mileage is 111,800 km, Xinjiang has become China’s largest owned stations, the longest route provinces.
