Frommer’s Review
Indulge in one of Yangzhou’s favorite pastimes, drinking morning tea, at one of Yangzhou’s oldest teahouses. The ritual starts with a pot of tea and a round of nine different snacks, including Yangzhou’s famous baozi (steamed buns), which come with chicken, bamboo shoots, shrimp, crabmeat, tofu, or a variety of bean pastes. These steamed buns are also available at dinner, as are a variety of jiaozi (dumplings).
