One of the 
most typical natural green mountain attractions in the heartland of the central China, and a scenic spot characterized by ancient mountain strongholds and natural sights.
Situated in Xingyang City and 48 kilometers to the west of Zhengzhou urban districts, the charming valley covers an area of 30 square kilometers and offers a magnificent view and a desirable natural summer resort for urban dwellers. Attractive views are available throughout the year, with lovely almond blossoms in spring, flying off waterfalls in summer, various fruits and red leaves in autumn and special snow sights in winter. Among the 130 natural sights and historical relics, the great wall of the Wei Dynasty, the complex of ancient mountain strongholds, the stone cloud flowers at the Crouching Dragon Stronghold and the great Setting Crane Valley are most popular. At present, the normal tourist programs include Almond Fair in March, Red Leave Festival in October, the ancient mountain stronghold tour, etc., and the new sights and programs like the Crouching Dragon Cliffside plank road, mountain chute, extreme jump and Fighting-Dragon Valley adventure tour are very exiting. In this provincial scenic area, the necessary services of food, lodging and so on have been developed correspondingly. Some local specialties are well accepted, including wild vegetable dishes, Miaozi stewed pork, walnut, persimmon, etc.
